The nVent ERICO CADWELD RCE541H is a graphite RC-family mold designed for exothermic welding of #6 AWG stranded cable (0.184 in. nominal O.D.) to #6 US rebar (20M Canadian). CADWELD exothermic connections create a permanent molecular bond that is rated with the same current-carrying capacity as the conductor itself, making them the preferred solution for electrical grounding, bonding, and lightning protection installations. The mold features both vertical and horizontal split orientation and supports portable, flameless installation requiring no external power.
