The Leviton eXtreme Cat 6 SlimLine UTP Patch Cord (Model 6D460-48Y) delivers reliable Category 6 network connectivity in a compact, narrow-profile design. At 48 feet in length, this yellow patch cord is engineered for high-density patching environments where space is at a premium. The slim boot design provides improved plug access in tight spaces, making it ideal for data centers, telecommunications rooms, and structured cabling installations where frequent moves, adds, and changes are required.
Built with 24 AWG stranded conductors and non-keyed 8-position, 8-conductor RJ-45 modular plugs on each end, this patch cord supports Gigabit Ethernet, PoE up to 100W (IEEE 802.3bt Type 4), and is backwards compatible with all earlier ANSI/TIA category ratings. Channel performance has been verified by independent third-party testing in a 4-connector, 100-meter channel configuration.
