Overview
The Belden 734A12 is a 12-coax DS3/DS4 central office cable engineered for high-density telecommunications interconnect in central office and switching environments. Each of the 12 RG-59 coaxes features a 20 AWG solid bare copper conductor, foam polyethylene insulation for low capacitance, and a dual-layer shield system consisting of a 100% coverage Beldfoil (bi-laminate aluminum/polyester tape) plus an 85% tinned copper braid — delivering reliable return loss performance of 30 dB minimum from 15 to 95 MHz. Individual coaxes are jacketed in numbered gray PVC for easy identification, and the overall outer jacket is CMR-rated PVC for riser applications.
