The Cantex 5133737 is a 3/4 in. PVC conduit clamp (strap) designed to anchor conduit to interior or exterior surfaces. Its U-shaped profile fits snugly around 3/4 in. trade size conduit, and two mounting holes in the clamp feet allow quick installation with screws or nails.
