Overview
The Crouse-Hinds XJG34 HDG is a hot dip galvanized steel expansion coupling designed for use with 1 inch rigid metal conduit (RMC) or intermediate metal conduit (IMC). It accommodates up to 4 inches of total longitudinal conduit movement (2 inches in either direction), making it an essential fitting for long conduit runs exposed to thermal expansion, contraction, or building structural movement. Approved for indoor and outdoor use, the XJG34 HDG provides weatherproof protection without requiring an external bonding jumper.
