Overview
The Hubbell TayMac MX4280S is a 1-gang Extra-Duty expandable weatherproof in-use cover designed for vertical mount applications. Constructed from heavy-duty die-cast metal with a premium powder coat finish, it expands from 2 in. to 3-1/2 in. deep to accommodate plugs and cords while the outlet remains in use. Rated NEMA 3R and compliant with 2011 NEC Extra-Duty specifications, it is ideal for outdoor residential and commercial electrical installations.
