The Lapp USA EPIC HB 10 Standard Side Entry Connector Hood (Part No. 100429) is a single-entry rectangular connector housing designed for use with the EPIC HB series industrial connectors. Built for demanding industrial environments, this side entry hood features a single lever bolt closure mechanism and accepts PG 16 or PG 21 cable glands (plastic SKINTOP or metal SKINTOP), as well as NPT 1/2″ or 3/4″ threaded entries. The hood is rated IP65, NEMA 4, and UL 50E Type 12, providing reliable protection against dust ingress and water jets.
Manufactured in Germany to Lapp’s exacting quality standards, the EPIC HB 10 hood is compatible with the full EPIC SM/SP gland system. Designed for straightforward field installation, it pairs with Lapp SKINTOP plastic and metal cable glands as well as HB dust covers for complete connector system assemblies.
