Overview
The Leviton 41290-SMI is a single-gang, front-loading Multimedia Outlet System (MOS) faceplate in ivory finish. Designed for structured cabling installations where a clean, flush-mount aesthetic is required, this wallplate accepts a range of QuickPort insert configurations without requiring removal from the wall. Slotted mounting holes allow leveling in crooked wallboxes, and hidden label windows comply with ANSI/TIA-606-B identification requirements.
