The Panduit BT4I-M Dome-Top® Barb Ty cable tie is a heavy-duty, two-piece cable management solution engineered for demanding electrical, industrial, and aerospace applications. The patented design features a stainless steel locking barb that delivers consistent performance, superior reliability, and infinite adjustability across the full bundle diameter range — eliminating the fixed increments of standard ratchet-style ties.

At 14.30 inches long with a 0.14-inch strap width, the BT4I-M accommodates bundles up to 4.00 inches in diameter and achieves a minimum loop tensile strength of 40 lb., exceeding both industry and Aerospace Standard SAE MS23190A requirements. The smooth Dome-Top® head is easy for installers to handle, while the ribbed and stippled anti-slip strap body prevents axial and lateral movement once secured. A curved tip orients toward the head for faster initial threading, and the exclusively designed fingertip grip assures a positive hold during installation — reducing operator fatigue and improving job-site productivity.

Manufactured from Nylon 6.6 in a natural (uncolored) finish, these ties are suitable for indoor electrical panel wiring, wire harness bundling, industrial control cabinets, shipbuilding, oil and gas, mining, and food and beverage applications. Sold in a box of 1,000 ties.
