Overview
The Crouse-Hinds (Eaton) LR15 CGN is a 1/2 in. Series 5 Type LR threaded rigid/IMC conduit body, supplied complete with a traditional domed aluminum cover and neoprene gasket. Part of the Series 5 family, it is constructed from die cast copper-free aluminum with an epoxy powder coat finish for long-term corrosion resistance in demanding electrical installations. The Type LR configuration provides a right-side conduit entry and is ideal for 90° changes of direction in conduit runs, conductor pull points, splice access, and branch conduit taps. Series 5 bodies are completely interchangeable with other major manufacturers and are available as individual components or in SnapPack™ assemblies.
