Overview
The NSI Industries Polaris IPL500-3 is a 3-port insulated multi-conductor connector designed for secure, reliable connections between multiple copper or aluminum conductors ranging from 500 kcmil to 4 AWG. Featuring a single sided entry design with a rounded body profile, this connector is pre-filled with oxide inhibitor and installs quickly using a 5/16″ hex key and torque wrench — no cover or taping required. The high dielectric strength plastisol insulation is abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant, and UV-resistant, making this connector suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
