Overview
The nVent Eriflex MBJ25-200-10 is a tinned copper grounding and bonding braid engineered for applications that demand reliable electrical continuity, flexibility, and long service life. Featuring proprietary massivated integral palms — formed without tin addition or crimped lugs — the MBJ braid delivers superior electrical contact and tensile strength resistance straight out of the box. No cutting, stripping, crimping, or punching is required, reducing installation labor and the risk of workmanship errors.
The tinned copper construction resists corrosion and moisture ingress in the palm area, a common failure point in braids that use traditional crimped lugs. This makes the MBJ series well-suited for demanding industrial environments, switchgear, EMC/EMI bonding applications, and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure subject to continuous vibration and thermal cycling.
